I'm going to learn how to skateboard. All I know is this: get a long board with larger wheels. Anyone have any suggestions? I don't want to spend a lot of money- would like to get the skateboard from Target or somewhere. Watch out. I'll be going pro in a few years.

this pic scares me. let's not start there.
me too! i can't handle looking at it.
…but that's the exact way to start. Jen, you should find a nice incline like that in the pic so that you don't have to worrying about the art of building momentum, and after that the water is the perfect place to have at the end of your first ramp because you don't have to worry about skinned knees if you fall. Its perfect. You’re a genius!
Where do you buy the long boards? Does yours have big wheels? Do I have to skin my palms? I'm being serious. It it possible to learn this without breaking bones/bleeding?
...but not likely.
this one time i rode a skateboard. this one time it lasted like 2 years. now I don't but that one time when I did I only have one scar from it and i only remember falling down and actually being hurt just a few times.
farfignewton---That's all I have to say on the matter ;-)
miss me yet?!
dear rachelle i miss you. heart forever.
dear jen you made it all the way through december with out posting one time. and we still don't know how to skateboard. let's get on that. heart forever.
Of course I miss you Rachelle! Jimms and Holls do too. Holly will go over to your empty bedroom door and whine sometimes. It is cute.
I feel like I have nothing really to tell everyone, so no posting. I meant to learn how to skateboard while home, but there was too much snow. I didn't see a single sidewalk while there.
